Welcome to Rent Ready Guard. These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the professional services we offer. By browsing the site, contacting us, or hiring any of our services, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About us
Rent Ready Guard is a professional service based in Panama City offering advisory, decoration, security, consumables, maintenance, inspection, and professional coordination for properties in Panama. We operate as your trusted eyes and hands on the ground.
2. Services offered
Through this site and our communication channels we present our service categories (Buy or Rent Advisory, Decoration & Furnishing, Security & Access, Monthly Consumables, Maintenance & Technicians, Inspection & Reports, and Paperwork & Professionals). The information on the site is informational only; no service is contracted until we jointly approve a written quote.
3. Quotes, pricing, and acceptance
- Every property and every case is unique; that's why we work with personalized written quotes, no commitment.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated in each proposal. After that date, we may revise pricing and scope.
- The service is considered contracted when you accept the quote in writing (email, WhatsApp, or signed document) and the agreed payment is made under the proposal terms.
- The offers and discounts published on the site apply exclusively to our management fees and not to product or equipment purchases, nor to third-party services (technicians, lawyers, accountants).
4. Payment methods and terms
- We accept bank transfer, Yappy, and cash.
- Technical services: 100% of the technician's quote before starting.
- Equipment or decoration purchases: 100% upon quote approval (we do not finance them).
- Fees over $500 USD: 70% upfront, 30% upon completion.
- Fees under $500 USD: 100% upfront.
- Minimum fee: $50 USD per engagement.
- Decoration & furnishing: a flat fee of $250 USD per project applies for our service of searching, sourcing, and locating the materials required per the client's request, including delivery of detailed quotes for everything needed to supply the decoration and furniture. Payable before starting.
This fee does not include the purchase or on-site receipt of furniture. Once the proposals are approved, the client issues the corresponding payment and we proceed with the purchase. The on-site receipt of furniture, as well as the decoration elements, their installation, and supervision, are quoted separately and delivered together with the project's purchase quotes, with an independent quote for each service. These stages are scheduled and executed only with the client's prior approval and corresponding payment.
5. Cancellations and refunds
- If you cancel before we have begun any work, we refund the fees paid (less any applicable bank fees).
- Once work has begun, fees charged for work already performed are non-refundable, but we will deliver all documentary progress (third-party quotes, partial reports, recommendations).
- Purchases of products and technical services already engaged with third parties are governed by the corresponding provider's policies.
6. Client responsibilities
- Provide truthful and complete information so we can quote and deliver the service.
- Make payments on the agreed schedule.
- Grant timely access to the property (keys, code, lockbox) when the service requires it.
- Make decisions that correspond to your role as owner (approving quotes, purchase decisions, etc.).
7. Limitations of liability
Rent Ready Guard acts as coordinator and supervisor of the technical services, professional work, and purchases it manages. We are not the direct executors of work performed by technicians, lawyers, accountants, or other providers. Liability for construction defects, faulty installation, or specific legal/accounting advice rests with the professional hired, without prejudice to our responsibility for proper coordination and supervision.
We are not a real estate agency or realtors. Our Buy or Rent Advisory service is for guidance and impartial inspection; we do not replace the role of the real estate attorney, realtor, bank, or notary in the purchase process. We guide you and connect you with specialized professionals.
8. Privacy of those occupying the property
As an ethical principle, we do not service homes with resident tenants, nor do we install cameras or monitoring devices in spaces where guests' or residents' privacy could be violated. We work in vacant properties or between stays, always respecting people's dignity.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, slogans such as "Your Eyes in Panama®" and "Your Eyes to Decide in Panama®", design) is the property of Rent Ready Guard or its licensors and is protected by Panamanian and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is not permitted without our prior written authorization.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service to reflect legal changes, new services, or adjustments to our commercial conditions. The date of the most recent update appears at the top. Continued use of the site or contracting a service after a change implies acceptance of the new version.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith between the parties. If no agreement is reached, the parties submit to the competent courts of Panama City.
